About Amber Dobecka

Amber Dobecka started her own fitness and nutrition coaching team called Amber Michelle Fit and coaches a variety of people from the new mom to the aspiring fitness competitor. She holds certifications as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and sports nutritionist.

She’s all about looking inside yourself and discovering there's freedom and power in embracing your weakness. Her experience began as a high school athlete, Baylor University cheerleader and nationally-qualified NPC fitness athlete. In every endeavor, she will push you to look inside yourself and discover there's freedom and power in embracing your weakness.

When Amber’s not coaching or exercising, you can find her feeding somebody…her baby, hubby, Pomeranians, goats or maybe just herself!
