My goal is to motivate and inspire, to love and be loved, and to help people obtain a healthy mind, body and spirit.
I fell in love with fitness in my teen years and after becoming a cheerleader in college and helping to train my squad to build their strength for games and competitions I was set on becoming a personal trainer. Unfortunately, I became sick with kidney disease and had to get on dialysis. I was able to keep in somewhat good shape considering my circumstances but my dreams of becoming a personal trainer got pushed to the back burner. I was on dialysis for six years but finally received a kidney transplant on March 6, 2015.
After my recovery and building my body back up and even passing my former self I was back on track and worked hard to achieve my personal training certification. The ISSA helped me to accomplish my goal and I am glad to be part of the team, doing what I love and helping to inspire people to keep pushing through all the ups and downs life throws at them. My goal is to motivate and inspire, to love and be loved, and to help people obtain a healthy mind, body and spirit.
